SPORTS CHIROPRACTIC
Whether you come in with pain, an injury, or a performance goal, the starting point is always the same: understanding what is driving the problem.
From there, I combine hands-on treatment with the work needed to get you moving properly again — whether that means reducing pain, improving mobility, or building the capacity to handle your training.
The aim is simple: to help you get out of pain, move better, and handle your training and everyday life.
Sessions may include:
Joint manipulation and mobilization
Soft tissue treatment and recovery-focused work
Dry needling and acupuncture
Strength-based training and rehabilitation
Guidance around pain, injuries, load management, recovery, and performance
Areas of focus:
Acute and chronic back, neck, and joint pain.
Sports-related overload and injuries.
Stiffness, mobility limitations, and recovery needs.
Long-term performance and injury prevention.
SESSIONS
Sports Chiropractic sessions are structured based on your needs and the stage of your process. If you're unsure where to start, the Initial Consultation is the right place. They take place at Hafnia-Hallen or on-location by request.
Initial Consultation (New patient / New problem) - 45 min:
A thorough assessment of your history and current situation, followed by examination, initial treatment, and a clear plan forward.
Follow-up Session - 30 min:
Focused on ongoing treatment, progress, and adjustments to your plan.
Extended Session - 60 min:
Longer sessions when more time is needed — whether for treatment, work in the gym, recovery and performance preparation or more in-depth guidance.
On-location Sessions
I offer on-location treatment and support for individuals, athletes, and professionals. Sessions can take place at your office, your home, backstage, or during travel, tournaments and training camps - depending on your needs.
On-location sessions are 60 minutes and arranged individually.
Please reach out via email for inquiries.
