Built for performance under pressure.

From the sidelines to the clinic

I have spent most of my professional career working in high-pressure environments where decisions have direct consequences.

Whether it was travelling the world with The National Danish Performance Team or working day-to-day around F.C. Copenhagen's first team, my role has been to stay calm in complex situations and help athletes perform at their best.

I created THAURE to bring the same thoroughness, presence, and sense of responsibility into my own practice.

For me, treatment is not just about reducing pain - it is about supporting the person behind the performance and helping you function, move, and perform at your best.

Experience from professional sport

I worked full-time around F.C. Copenhagen's first team for two seasons, providing daily treatment, recovery, load management, and performance support in connection with the Danish Superliga, domestic cup competitions, European campaigns, and international travel.

Before that, I worked as a chiropractor and physical coach for The National Danish Performance Team during a nine-month world tour, where I was responsible for treatment, strenght & conditioning, recovery, and daily follow-up with 28 elite gymnasts.

Working in professional sport has shaped my approach to treatment and performance - with a focus on the bigger picture, continuity, and the ability to stay calm and structured in demanding environments.

A practical approach

I like to keep things simple, practical, and easy to understand.

Several years in elite sport - combined with my own experience in endurance sports and strength training - have taught me to stay calm, listen carefully, observe, and find the right way forward.

My approach is built on trust, evidence, and practical solutions that work both in training and in everyday life.

This includes:

  • Thorough assessment and diagnostics

  • Manual treatment and guidance

  • Focus on movement, load managment, and training.

  • Ongoing adjustments and close follow-up.

The clinic at Hafnia-Hallen makes it possible to combine treatment and training in one place, allowing us to test, adjust, and build what you actually need.
