Built for performance under pressure.

From the sidelines to the clinic

I have spent most of my professional career working in high-performance environments where decisions have direct consequences.

Whether touring the world with the National Danish Performance Team or working day to day with the F.C. Copenhagen First Team, my role has been to stay calm in complex situations and help athletes perform at their best.

I founded THAURE to bring the same level of thoroughness, presence and responsibility into my own practice.

To me, treatment is not just about reducing pain - it is about understanding the person behind it and helping you function, move and perform at your best.

Experience from professional sport

I worked full-time with the F.C. Copenhagen First Team for two seasons, providing daily treatment, recovery, load management and performance support across the Danish Superliga, domestic cup competitions, European campaigns and international travel.

Before that, I worked as chiropractor and physical coach for the National Danish Performance Team during a nine-month world tour, with responsibility for treatment, physical training, recovery and daily support for 28 elite gymnasts. I have since continued working with the team as a consultant for more than four years.

Working in professional sport has shaped my approach to treatment and performance - with an emphasis on the bigger picture, continuity and the ability to work calmly and systematically in demanding environments.

Today, I combine my clinical work with performance and consulting roles for professional athletes, artists, teams and organisations in Denmark and internationally.

A practical approach

I like to keep things simple, practical and easy to understand.

My years in elite sport - combined with my own experience in endurance sports and strength training - have taught me to work calmly, listen, observe and find the right way forward.

My approach is built on trust, evidence and practical solutions that work both in training and in everyday life.

This includes:

  • Thorough assessment and diagnostics

  • Manual treatment and guidance

  • Focus on movement, load and training

  • Ongoing adjustments and follow-up

The clinic at Hafnia-Hallen makes it possible to combine treatment and training in one place, allowing us to test, adjust and build what you actually need.
